Active Bodywear - New Offerings From Puma and ASICS

Posted on 21/03/2008 by Sportsvibe.co.uk

PUMA® has launched a new range of Complete Active Bodywear. Its features include seamless tight fitted compression technology which helps prevent chaffing and irritation, and body construction giving additional comfort and performance. Anatomically-placed engineered mesh inserts provide improved circulation at critical heat zones and a USP moisture management system speeds moisture transport away from the skin so it can quickly evaporate and keep you dry and comfortable during activity. Knitted-in anatomical panels are also placed to strategically support core muscle groups and provide improved support.

PUMA® Bodywear is designed for use across all sports and players wearing PUMA®   Active Bodywear this year include footballers Nemanja Vidic and David Bentley, rugby players Shane Williams, Paul Sackey and Mathew Tait and England cricketer Andrew Flintoff.

The PUMA® Active  Bodywear range is available from www.sportsdirect.com RRP from £22.

Following the inception of their innovative Inner Muscle range, ASICS has introduced a new, highly ventilated and breathable mesh to the collection. This new feature, named Dry Ice, helps maintain the superb functionality of the garment whilst also effectively cooling the wearer for training in hotter and more humid conditions.

ASICS Inner Muscle garments provide a distinctive advantage for both training and competition, with unique features that increases oxygen intake, support joints, improve strength and stamina, work muscles and refine posture. The new Dry Ice feature is applied to the men¹s and women¹s training top, in both short sleeve and sleeveless options. Stockist info: www.asics.co.uk
