Will Rafa eclipse Federer?

nadal

Rafa Nadal won his ninth slam on Monday when he convincingly beat a spirited Novak Djokovic in the final of the US Open. The Spaniard only dropped one set throughout the entire tournament and played some of the best tennis the Flushing Meadow's crowd has ever witnessed.

Nadal became just the seventh man in history - and the youngest at 24 - to achieve the Grand Slam and now has the opportunity to hold all four titles at the same time if he can come out victorious in Australia. With his best year's still to come can Nadal continue to improve and claim yet more titles?

The debate has once again opened with Andy Roddick's former coach Brad Gilbert declaring Rafa to be the GOAT - the greatest of all time. Can Nadal match or even better Federer's haul of 16 Grand Slams? Or will the Swiss ace remain the greatest player to have ever graced a tennis court?
