Easter Eggs on Gunners

easter

Nick Easter was born in Epsom and learnt his rugby trade at Dulwich College. After signing for Harlequins he was quick to make an impact, winning the club’s player of the year award in 2005 and 2006.

His club form resulted in an England call-up and, since his international debut in the 2007 Six Nations against Italy, has amassed 34 caps for his country.

Sportsvibe caught up with Nick, who was speaking on behalf of S J Dent & Co Sports Management (www.sjdentmgt.com), to get his thoughts on Arsenal’s Premier League match against Bolton this weekend:

'Arsenal look very settled for so early in the season. Theo Walcott will be a loss but they will always score goals. Bolton won’t be able to cope with wave after wave of attack.'

Nick Easter’s charity choice is Parkinson’s UK

Mr Betdaq
Celebrity Punt gets back up and running for the new season this week and it’s not hard to agree with Nick on who he thinks will win this one.

I like the look of what Owen Coyle is doing with Bolton, but, at the Emirates, Arsenal are always going to face Wanderers as the big odds-on jolly for victory.

The Gunners have won the last seven in the league against them and anyone having a wager on the game is going to need to look outside of the ‘to win’ market to make a few quid with Wenger’s boys available at the short price of 1/4 on Betdaq.

I’d be looking at getting with the hosts on the Asian Handicaps. They won both games by two clear goals last time out and more of the same would see a return at 10/11 when backing Arsenal with a -1.5 Asian Handicap.

The correct score market is another option and Nick’s choice of ‘any other score’, at odds of 14/5, could return a handsome profit if it comes off just as it did last time these side met.

Latest odds on Betdaq:
Match odds:
Arsenal 1/4
Draw 5/1
Bolton 14/1

Nick Easter’s Celebrity Punt:
‘Any other score’ in the correct score market on Betdaq at 14/5
