Should Quins Get Boot From Heineken Cup?

Picture 48

This weekend the Heineken Cup starts and one of the big games features Harlequins playing at Cardiff. But, after Quins were caught cheating in their last Heineken Cup match, last season's losing home quarter-final to Leinster, when winger Tom Williams used a fake blood capsule, and then the club covered up their actions in resulting hearings, should they be allowed to play in this season's competition? Should Quins have been kicked out of the Heineken Cup, handed a suspended penalty, thrown out of next season's tournament to avoid logistical difficulties this time or, as is the case, let off?
