Borussia Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp has opened the door to Arsenal about potentially succeeding Arsene Wenger as manager of the club.  The German has been linked with several Premier League jobs in  the past including the north Londoners, as well as Chelsea and Manchester City.  However, now according to reports in the Metro, the Dortmund boss has not ruled out replacing Wenger if the Frenchman were to leave the club in the near future.

German outfit Schalke have joined the race to sign young Newcastle United winger Rolando Aarons in January.  The 19-year-old has been attracting interest from a number of Premier League clubs after sporadically impressing during the early part of the season for the Magpies, who are yet to open fresh contract talks with him.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has denied reports suggesting that goalkeeper Petr Cech wants to leave the Stamford Bridge club.  Reports earlier on in the week suggest that Cech had finally had enough of being the clubs second choice to Thibaut Courtois and was looking to leave in the upcoming January transfer window.
