We trekked through the snow in Nottingham at seven in the morning to catch up with Olympic Gold medalist Rebecca Adlington. We find out about her love of Yorkshire Puddings, her views on the X-Factor final and we even managed to get her to talk a bit about that swimming business she gets up to.
