Quest, the Discovery-owned free-to-air TV channel, has today revealed its full studio line-up for the new EFL season, with former England international defender, Stephen Warnock, and Curtis Davies, the current Derby defender, joining as studio experts for its EFL (English Football League) on Quest highlights show. This follows the recent announcement of Ian Holloway and Dean Ashton who also will feature as studio pundits throughout the season.
The pair will appear in the EFL on Quest studio, alongside host Colin Murray, providing expert analysis and insight during the 90-minute prime time highlights show which is broadcast at 9pm every Saturday.
Starting on August 4, fans in the UK will be able to watch EFL on Quest on free-to-air on Freeview (channel 37) and Freesat (167), and also available on Sky (149), Virgin (172) and BT TV (37) services. Viewers can also watch the action on QuestOD at questod.co.uk and live and on demand via the QuestOD app available on iOS and Android devices. The action will be available in HD both on linear and digital for the start of the season*.
EFL on Quest will be the new home of football highlights for the Sky Bet Championship, Sky Bet League One, Sky Bet League Two, Carabao Cup and Checkatrade Trophy final for the next four years. Quest will also broadcast 10 hour-long highlights shows capturing all the action from every round of the EFL mid-week fixtures and present eight, hour-long highlights shows from the Carabao Cup and Checkatrade Trophy as part of its deal with the EFL.
*Quest’s linear channel will be launching in HD on Sky, Virgin, and Freesat, all other customers can access the channel in HD via the QuestOD player and app.
