Speedy Freight sponsors mixed martial arts female boxer Olga Rubin
Speedy Freight is now sponsoring mixed martial arts fighter Olga Rubin, to support her bid to become Bellator World Champion.
Russian-born Olga, raised in Israel and a 29-year-old mother of one, is on her way to battle it out as Bellator World Champion. Training up to six hours a day across Jujitsu, Muay Thai, strength conditioning, wrestling and boxing, she is the personification of dedication and fitness.
Olga goes head-to-head with Julia Budd in Oklahoma, USA on Friday 12th July at the WinStar World Casino.
Speedy Freight MD Mike Smith says: “Our business is all about doing what others can’t, ensuring success where others fail. Olga is agile, nimble and constantly aspires to be the best, just like Speedy Freight”.
The Speedy Freight sponsorship from the Birmingham South branch strengthens an already powerful team around Olga, including her manager, Ex UFC fighter, Brad Pickett, and the One Punch Management team.
Olga says: “The help and support from Speedy Freight means the world to me as it removes some of the pressure, enabling me to support my family and allows me to focus on my training.”
